WHAT’S THE PLAN?

Every morning starts in the yoga shala with chakra themed journal prompts and a 60 min vinyasa yoga class. Then we’ll have breakfast at Norte and our big activity of the day like a surf lesson, ATV tour, boat day, etc. We’ll have lunch around the Pool at Norte then a couple hours for free time so you can get a massage, take a nap, take extra surf lessons, explore town, or anything that you need to make this retreat your own. I highly encourage everyone to give themselves exactly what they need on my retreats, even if that means skipping yoga or other activities. We will walk to the beach every night as a group to swim at sunset then go out to different local restaurants for dinner like La Luna and Sendero Kitchen. We will end each night back in the yoga shala for yin yoga and guided meditations that are on theme with the chakra of the day.

9:00am-12:00pm Activity of the day
12:30pm Lunch at Norte
1:00pm-4:00pm Afternoon free for the beach, pool, shopping, massages, adventures, naps, etc.
5:00pm Sunset on the beach together
6:00pm Dinner out as a group
8:00pm Yin Yoga & guided meditation

We’re staying at Norte Yoga & Surf Hotel in Playa Guiones walking distance to the beach, mini super (local convenience store), restaurants, and local shops

Nosara is in the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica, known for being one of five Blue Zones in the world where people live longer and healthier lives. You will feel the magic!

Getting There…

You’ll fly into Guanacaste Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) and take a 2.5hr shuttle to Nosara. I recommend using Terratour and will help coordinate everyone sharing shuttles. You can also choose to take a 30 min jumper flight to Nosara through Sansa Airlines then get a 20 min taxi to Norte.

The November retreat is during “shoulder” season, which is very lush and green. We’ll likely experience sunny mornings and occasional afternoon showers to balance out the heat.

Jungle Bungalows

All bungalows include daily house keeping to make your bed, take out the trash, and sweep the floors.

The Norte Property

Norte features a waterfall pool, an ice bath, a relaxation area around the pool with bean bags, a large communal sitting area ideal for workshops or group gatherings, a Jungle Bar and Restaurant, and the Norte Yoga Shala. The shala is fully equipped with yoga mats, blocks, blankets, resistance bands, and a sound system. They also offer ariel yoga classes

Copal

Norte has a small cafe on property. Breakfast with coffee or tea and lunch is included here for your 6 night retreat. We will eat here during the day then go out for dinner every night to enjoy Nosara’s amazing food scene. We don’t have set times for meals, you may just order at the cafe whenever you would like something! Norte serves breakfast plates, smoothie bowls, bagels, sandwiches, smoothies, salads, quesadillas, wraps, coffee, juices etc. They can accommodate to dietary needs like vegan, gluten free, and dairy free.

Rooms & Pricing

You''ll have a twin bed in a shared room with one other girl.  You'll share a bathroom with a single sink, a mini fridge, coffee and tea station, A/C, a small safe, and an outdoor seating area. This is the perfect way to deepen your connection with another girl at the retreat or even bring a friend to share the experience together!

Standard Shared Bungalow

Enjoy all of the same amenities without the roommate! You'll have a king bed with a private bathroom so you can have some space to yourself during the retreat.

Private King Bungalow

$4,000 usd

Luxury XL Bungalow- Single or Double

The Barefoot Bungalow is double the size as the standard bungalows at Norte and has a much bigger bathroom with a double sink. This room can be arranged as a single king or a double twin and has a small futon couch with a lot of storage space.
