We’re staying at Norte in playa guiones walking distance to the beach, mini super (local convenience store), restaurants, and local shops

Nosara is in the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica, known for being one of five blue zones in the world where people live longer and healthier lives. You will feel the magic!

GETTING THERE

You’ll fly into Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR) and take a 2.5hr shuttle to Nosara. I recommend using Terratour and will help coordinate everyone sharing a couple shuttles.

Both the July & November retreats are considered “shoulder” season, which is very lush and green. We’ll likely experience sunny mornings and occasional afternoon showers to balance out the heat.

ACCOMODATION

Each bungalow will sleep 2 people with 2 twin beds, a private bathroom, mini fridge, A/C, a safe, and an outdoor seating area. This is the perfect way to deepen your connection with another girl at the retreat or even bring a friend to share the experience together!

Norte features a waterfall pool, an ice bath, a relaxation area around the pool with bean bags, a large communal sitting area ideal for workshops or group gatherings, a Jungle Bar and Restaurant, Copal, and the Norte Shala. The shala is fully equipped with yoga mats, blocks, blankets, resistance bands, and a sound system

Norte has a small cafe on property. Breakfast and lunch is included here in your retreat package. We will eat here during the day then go out for dinner every night to enjoy Nosara’s amazing food scene. Norte serves breakfast, smoothie bowls, bagels, sandwiches, smoothies, salads, quesadillas, wraps, coffee, juices etc. They can accommodate to dietary needs like vegan, gluten free, and dairy free.

What’s the plan?

Liz will teach a daily morning vinyasa class and also a guided meditation at night. We’ll take group surf lessons together, ride horses on the beach at sunset, take a catamaran boat cruise, have a private sound bath, go to the Tuesday farmers market and so much more. Liz scheduled in free time for you to be able to explore or relax, taking this retreat at your own pace
