A retreat is not a vacation, a retreat gives you so much more than just accommodation and activities. We go on vacations to escape, but we go on retreats to evolve.

A retreat gives you a container to let your guard down, space to ask yourself the harder questions, a chance to connect deeper to yourself, time to reflect on how you’ve living, and you get to learn from the other girls coming from different walks of life. Retreats open up space for you to focus on yourself and the experience that you want to have while handing over the responsibility of logistics to the host.

The connections made while at the retreat are also what enhances the experience so much. The women who make up the retreat groups are not there by accident, everyone is drawn to different retreats for a reason. I fully believe that each retreat group is divinely attracted together for all of us to learn something that we are meant to learn from each other.
